Teacher's Encourage-Mint Cards are the result of a collaborative project written and designed by two seasoned and award-winning education leaders, Melody Weintraub of Tennessee and Dr. Debi West of South Carolina, who shared a vision to create a way to encourage teachers during one of the most challenging times in the history of education.   

These sets of 60 cards tucked inside a neat little tin box with motivational phrases were created to uplift and encourage all teachers, either as weekly reminders or as needed for motivation and support.   

Each card has a different work of art on the opposite side that was also collaboratively designed by West and Weintraub with teachers in mind.
